COTTAGES: Each two bedroom cottage can accommodate up to four persons. One bedroom is arranged with two twin beds, and the other bedroom is has one double bed.In addition, two of the cottages also offer a futon in the living room . These cottages could accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. We will provide all linens, bathroom towels, and basic kitchenware. Weekly housekeeping is provided.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations are by the week. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. We require a 20% deposit on the total stay to be prepaid in order to confirm a reservation. Our cancellation policy is a 14 day notice before the arrival date in order to insure a refund. *A $25.00 fee will be imposed for all changes and cancellations.
OFFICE HOURS: All guests are to check-in and out at our sister property, The Edgewater, located at 57 West Grand Avenue. The front desk is open from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. If you expect to be checking in after these hours, please contact us to make arrangements for you.
