These two story townhouses are located directly across the street from the ocean and most provide an ocean view from the second floor.

All units have been remodeled in 2007. All are tastefully decorated and include 2-bedrooms on the second floor along with a kitchenette and bath on the first floor.

There is plenty of relaxing space for you and your family to sit and enjoy some quiet time together after a long day on the beach.

The Sands is adjacent to the Amtrak passenger line, with seasonal stops in Old Orchard Beach.

Restrictions: Parking-one vehicle per unit. Pets are not allowed. All but one unit are smoke free. Unfortunately, we cannot extend pool privileges at the Edgewater Resort. Maximum guests-6 per unit.
